Yes. If you approve mockups on week 4 instead of week 3, we don't start development until week 4. We can't proceed without your sign-off. Fast feedback = faster launch.

30 days of free support are included for bug fixes and minor tweaks. After that, changes are billed at $60/hour or included in the optional $300/month support package.
