Can you build a website for $500?
Not really. $500 is our starting price for WordPress migrations (where we're converting existing content). A new site requires strategy, design, and development—that realistically starts at $2,500. If you see $500 website offers elsewhere, ask what's actually included (usually just a basic template, no support, no customization).
Do I pay for redesigns later if I want to update the look?
Yes, redesigns are new projects. But because you own the code and we provide documentation, you can hire any developer to modify the site. You're not locked into us for changes. A redesign would start at $3,000–$5,000 depending on scope.
What if my project scope changes mid-build?
Changes after the agreement is signed are scoped and quoted separately. Minor changes (copy tweaks, small layout adjustments) within the included revision rounds are free. Major changes (new sections, additional features) are quoted at $60/hour.
Can I get a discount for a longer engagement or retainer?
Yes. For ongoing partnerships ($300/month support), we prioritise changes, include more revisions, and offer better rates on custom work. Ask about multi-month commitments if that's your plan.
What if the project goes over budget?
It shouldn't—we scope everything upfront. But if scope expands during the project, we notify you with a change order showing the additional cost and timeline impact. You approve before we proceed.
Do you offer payment plans?
